Aden + Anais Swaddle Blanket Review

I still swaddle Elijah at night. He has a tendency to wake himself up with his arm if I don't and he luckily likes being all wrapped up. He's growing like a weed, so I need swaddle blankets that are going to grow with him. I also prefer blankets that can be used long beyond the swaddling months. Aden + Anais muslin swaddling blankets are perfect. I was offered a 4 pack of the classic collection swaddle blankets in the alpha bit print (pictured above) to test out and review.

Aden + Anais swaddle blankets are not only cute, but they are also modern. Each blanket measure 47" X 47" - huge! I love that because not only can you use them to swaddle your babe, but you can use them for sitting on outside, you can drape one over a stroller or carrier to block out the bright sun, the things that you can do with them are unlimited.

The muslin is the perfect material for Texas. In the summer it often reaches triple digit weather and even with the a/c on blankets are just too hot. These blankets are thin enough that I can swaddle Eli at night in them and he won't be too hot. The muslin cotton will probably even have a cooling effect.

A 4-pack of these blankets costs $44. Not only do they have these classic swaddle blankets in various adorable prints, but they are also available in organic cotton, bamboo, and their 'cozy collection' which is double the thickness (great for winter or cooler climates)! They also offer sleep bags, bibs, towels, and washcloths. These would make such a great baby shower gift!

These are the BEST! They are huge and super soft we use them to swaddle, as blankets and as nursing covers :)
