I have had my bumGenius diapers since Elijah was born 7 months ago. Hook & Loop, especially on diapers (in my opinion) should last longer than that, but unfortunately it hasn't on my bumGenius diapers. I always have a diaper chain (all diapers stuck together via the hook & loop) and it's making them pilly. Finally last night I decided to try converting one of the diapers to snaps to see if I should just convert them all. It worked out great!
No more diaper chain for us! Keep in mind if you decide to do this it will void any warranty you have on your bumGenius diapers. If anybody wants to convert their diapers to snaps but doesn't have a snap press don't hesitate to contact me, I'll gladly do it for you for the price of snaps, shipping and $1 per diaper!
